Silicon Tech Solutions (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates www.silicontechsolutions.in (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.

Silicon Tech Solutions is a software engineering company incorporated in India that provides embedded engineering services to startups and growth-stage companies across the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Australia, Singapore, Canada, and South Africa. We collect only what is necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver the newsletter, and improve the Site.
Information you give us
- Contact form — your name, email address, and the message you submit. This data is processed and delivered to us via Web3Forms.
- Newsletter sign-up — your email address when you subscribe to our engineering insights newsletter. This is also processed via Web3Forms.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics data — pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser type, and general geographic region (country/city level). This is collected via Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics. No personally identifiable data is sent to Google Analytics without your knowledge.
- Log data — our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically record standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. These logs are used solely for security and diagnostic purposes.

3. How we use your information

- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data where we no longer have a lawful basis to retain it.

We are based in India and our servers and service providers may be located in the United States or other countries. If you are in the EEA or UK, your data may be transferred to countries that have different data protection laws.
