Organizing university tours is a logistical nightmare involving four distinct personas: Students, University Heads, Vendors (Flights/Hotels/Catering), and Internal Ops teams. Landmark needed a system that could handle nested inventory and seasonal pricing volatility without manual intervention.

We built the entire platform from scratch using FastAPI for the backend and Next.js for a lightning-fast, mobile-friendly frontend. The focus was on creating a Rules Engine that could handle the hundreds of what-if scenarios inherent in travel — such as cancellations, partial refunds, and fluctuating vendor rates.
